How to get motivated??
It is always easy to tell people to get over there issues and just do there job. But when your are bored not passionate, interested etc., then it is hard to find motivation to complete projects with your best efforts. If you find your self in this predicament then you are in the right place to improve your way of thinking.

Do something about it and take matters in you own hands!
The best way to get motivated is to do/talk about something that is close to you and what your passionate about. If you are interested in the subject that you are dealing with you are more likely to engage in the activities.
The next 6 steps will get you closer into getting motivated.
Step 1: Go the bed on time for a good night’s rest.
Step 2: Wake up on time, so that you have time to spend on yourself.
Step 3: Have breakfast and enjoy ‘a good old cup of coffee’.
Step 4: Leave on time for work, so that you don’t get stuck in traffic jams or miss your train.
Step 5: Be social: interact with your colleagues, cleaners , lunch lady, doorman etc.
Step 6: Tell people your dreams and goals in life maybe they can help you to achieve them.
Repeat these 6 steps everyday to feel energized to go to work. Even if you find yourself without a challenge you can still find satisfactions in the smaller things in life. Like Rosa Luxemburg once stated: ‘The more that social democracy develops, grows and becomes stronger, the more the enlightened masses of workers will take their own destinies, the leadership of their movement and the determination of its direction into their own hands’.
