The crises started nearly six years ago and now we are starting to see small improvements in different sectors. But while there is a high demand for qualified employees that have an specific background and a large number of job seekers, it still very hard to find a match.

The main reason for this problem is that we are looking in the wrong direction. In stead of just looking for possible candidates in our own country, we have to broaden our horizon.

The solution is Europeanization.
