With the increasing importance of social media (especially in the labor market) Qreer.com is looking for more structure and measurement of results of the communication throughout Europe. Qreer.com wants to develop a qualitative and effective presence on various communities all across Europe!

What will you be doing?
As an international intern you will join one of our marketing teams at our international office in Eindhoven and will be working for global brands. In Brand Development you will help to create compelling brans visions and develop plans across the full marketing mix – including brand communication and promotion. Your key responsibilities and accountabilities will be:
• To conduct an German market/audience analysis. On which platforms can we find and reach our target groups (jobseekers & recruiters) best?;
• To develop communication instruments (e.g. banners, ads, messages, photos, and videos);
• To search for the most suitable social media platforms and communities in Europe which are interesting for Qreer.com to get in touch with (technical) jobseekers and recruiters (our clients);
• To develop a Social Media Plan for the German market. A weekly plan of communication actions we should undertake to increase website visitors, brand awareness and recognition.

During this internship you will also partially do the implementation of your findings by holding trial and error analyses. You write the communication yourself and you measure the results. Additionally it’s possible to develop a measuring model for analyzing results of our Social Media Communication actions.

Purpose of this internship is creating an international Marketing & Communication Plan with which we can get started straight away in order to get in touch and stay in touch with our target groups.

What skills do we look for?
• 3rd/4th year bachelor student, preferably in Communications, Marketing, International Business or Social Media Management;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Hands on mentality;
• Team player, but also capable of working independently;
• Fluent in English and good understanding of German both spoken and written;
• Motivated, Creative
• Design skills (Photoshop/Illustrator etc.) is a huge asset not necessity though
• Available for a minimum period of 5 months full-time, starting a.s.a.p.;
